Tank App LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications developed and operated by Tank App LLC:

• Tank App – Fluid Logistics (“Tank App”)
• Industrial Tank Calculator

These applications provide different functionality and may process different types of information, as described below.

We collect and process information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve Tank App, including:

• Account Information: Email addresses, usernames, and other information provided when creating or managing an account.
• User-Provided Data: Tank information, product data, inventory levels, orders, operational records, and other information entered into the application.
• Files and Attachments: Photos, PDF documents, and other files uploaded by users.
• Usage and Diagnostic Data: Information collected through services such as Google Firebase Analytics to understand application usage, performance, and reliability.
• Subscription Information: Information necessary to manage subscriptions and verify purchases. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers or application stores.

Industrial Tank Calculator is a standalone utility that does not require account registration.

• Calculation Data: Tank dimensions, liquid levels, and other calculation inputs are processed locally on the user's device. Tank App LLC does not collect or store these calculations on its servers.
• Advertising Data: The application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising interactions, and diagnostic data, depending on device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
• Purchase Information: Users may purchase an option to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The application may process purchase status or transaction information to verify and restore purchases.

Industrial Tank Calculator does not require users to provide their name or email address to perform tank calculations.

We use information processed through our applications to:

• Provide tank volume calculations and other application features.
• Maintain user accounts, cloud synchronization, inventory records, and team collaboration features in Tank App.
• Process, verify, and manage subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Display and measure advertisements in Industrial Tank Calculator.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Account information and user-provided operational data may be stored locally on devices and in cloud services provided by Google Firebase.
• Uploaded files and attachments may be stored using Google Firebase Storage.
• Cloud data may be processed or stored on servers outside the user's state or country.
• Authorized team members may access shared information according to their account permissions.

• Tank calculations are performed locally on the user's device.
• Tank App LLC does not maintain a cloud database of Industrial Tank Calculator users or their calculation inputs.
• Local application preferences and purchase status may be stored on the user's device.
• Advertising and purchase providers may process or retain information through their own systems according to their privacy policies.

Tank App LLC does not sell user-provided tank, inventory, operational, or uploaded-file data.

Information may be shared or processed in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party services may process information necessary to operate the applications, including cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and advertising.
• Team Accounts: Information stored within a Tank App team account, including uploaded attachments, may be accessible to other authorized members of that team.
• Advertising: Industrial Tank Calculator uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising-related information to deliver advertisements, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on applicable privacy laws, some advertising-related disclosures may be classified as data sharing.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not provide Tank App customers' operational records or uploaded files to advertising partners for advertising purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed through our applications.

These measures may include authentication, access controls, and security features provided by our service providers.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account information and operational data may be retained while an account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at support@tank-app.com.

We will take reasonable steps to process deletion requests, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate retention requirements.

For team accounts, deletion of an individual user's account may not automatically delete shared business records belonging to the team.

Tank App LLC does not maintain user accounts or server-side records of tank calculations for Industrial Tank Calculator.

Users can remove locally stored application data by deleting the application or using applicable device settings.

Information processed by advertising platforms and application stores is subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, file storage, analytics, and related infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment and subscription processing where applicable.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: Distribution and applicable in-app purchase or subscription services.

Industrial Tank Calculator

• Google AdMob: Advertising delivery, measurement, and related services.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: In-app purchase processing and purchase verification.

These services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

Our applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our applications, services, data practices, or legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of an application after changes become effective is subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
